Ranting from someone who doesn't want this casting to be true

I'm about halfway done reading The DaVinci Code. I'd heard rumors that they were making it into a movie, so I wandered over to IMDB to check it out. According to IMDB, Tom Hanks is playing Robert Langdon.

That has got to be one of the worst casting decisions I have ever heard of. TOM HANKS?!?!?!?!?!? Robert Langdon is supposed to be attractive in an Indiana Jones-professory sort of way. Tom Hanks isn't. Ew.
