I'm not sure, but I might have more blond streaks in my hair, which I think is good evidence of capillary action working not only with water but with sunlight as well. Otherwise, I don't know how it could have happened because I'm usually wearing a baseball cap when I'm outside for my two hours of constant sunlight.
