AAARGH

I was in one of my classes on Friday. The professor was talking about the French. "You probably don't think of the French as being into science, you probably think they're more into fashion, etc. than science." I was sitting there, thinking how ridiculous this is. I know I think of the French, British, Scottish and several other cultures when I think of science. Louis Pasteur was French. Irene Curie and her father Pierre Curie were French. Her mother, Marie, was Polish but made her most famous discoveries in France. AARGH!
